You begin your training with a class full of other beginners who are brand-new, just like you. You receive detailed, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instruction, including health and nutrition, physical exercise, self-defense, stress management, and a host of other life-skills. If you decide to make this a life-long pursuit (most participants do), AWESOME! You have a great foundation to build on and continue to move forward in your training! If not, you have 6-weeks of intensive training that you will never forget and skills you will always value!
