1. Come to class on time and ready to learn.
2. Wear a clean, white uniform with the association patches and proper rank.
3. Maintain cleanliness and good personal hygiene.
4. Remain focused and controlled at all times.
5. Tap.  Leave your ego at the door.
6. Use appropriate language and conduct on and off the mats.
7. Treat others with respect and courtesy.
8. If you are ill, do not train.
9. If you are not training, do not step on the mats.
10. If you are not the instructor, do not teach.
