Service Description

Our Level 1 program is specifically designed for elementary age kids. This course focuses on: Learning to stand and speak with strength and confidence Respectfully establishing boundaries and then enforcing them Developing strong self-control so that we respond rather than react Core self-defense skills to stop others from hurting us while doing as little harm as possible
